MOLLY L. CONDON
Molly L. Condon joined Hurley McKenna & Mertz as a law clerk in the fall of 2014 during her final year of law school, and was hired as an associate upon graduation. Ms. Condon advocates on behalf of victims in all types of personal injury cases including nursing home abuse, childhood sexual abuse, product liability, automobile accidents, and medical malpractice.
Within four months of becoming an attorney, Ms. Condon obtained a $2.5 million medical malpractice judgement against a negligent doctor. Ms. Condon participates in complex cases during all phases of litigation, including the appellate stage.
Ms. Condon honed her legal skills at Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she graduated with honors in 2015. During law school, Ms. Condon was a member of Chicago-Kent’s nationally ranked trial advocacy team. In 2015, Ms. Condon’s trial team was the Chicago Champion of the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition, and a National Semi-Finalist.
Ms. Condon grew up on the South Side of Chicago. She graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2011 with a degree in Political Science. Before Ms. Condon represented victims of negligence, she served as a judicial extern in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division. Ms. Condon also clerked at a prominent insurance defense firm before recognizing her passion for helping injured persons and their families.
