Jim and Mary Jane Christner are the parents of a minor plaintiff who suffered personal injuries due to medical malpractice.  Hurley McKenna & Mertz, P.C. obtained a jury verdict of $4.2 million dollars for their son in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
