About Clint T. Pierce

Clint T. Pierce has devoted his entire career to fighting for justice on behalf of victims. Prior to joining Hurley McKenna & Mertz, Clint worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney representing victims of crime in Cook County. Clint's passion for fighting for justice on behalf of people began during law school where Clint clerked for the United States Attorney’s office and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. It was here that he became devoted to helping people get justice during some of their darkest times.

Prior to attaining his law degree, Clint graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois where he double majored in Political Science and Psychology and was selected to the Dean’s List every semester. Clint attended DePaul University College of Law where he focused on all aspects of trial work. He achieved CALI awards for the highest grade in his class in five different courses including Trial Advocacy, Litigation, and Evidence. After graduating in the top 10% of his class, Clint worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.

Clint  has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict delivering justice for victims of crime and their families. Clint has brought that same passion and devotion to representing seriously injured people and their families. Clint concentrates his practice in the area of medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, personal injury, nursing home abuse & neglect, sexual abuse, product liability, and construction accidents. Clint is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, and the Illinois State Bar Association.
