About Megan A. Cullen
Megan A. Cullen joined Hurley McKenna & Mertz in March 2024, bringing a unique blend of legal expertise and technology leadership to the firm. Her career spans more than a decade across both private practice and the global technology industry, where she built a reputation for driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and improving outcomes for clients and teams alike.
Before joining HM&M, Megan held senior leadership roles at several global technology companies, including Docusign, FinQuery, and Seal Software. In these positions, she led partner programs, managed enterprise contract initiatives, and supported digital transformation projects for Fortune 500 legal departments. Her work centered on improving how organizations leverage technology to manage complex contracts and regulatory frameworks, helping them achieve greater transparency, compliance, and client satisfaction.

At Hurley McKenna & Mertz, Megan focuses on enhancing firm operations and driving strategic technology growth to ensure the firm continues to deliver exceptional client service. She is passionate about building systems that allow attorneys to dedicate more time to what matters most — advocating for clients and achieving meaningful results.
In addition to her leadership in operations, Megan contributes to the firm’s personal injury and sexual abuse practices, applying her analytical and organizational strengths to cases that demand precision, empathy, and persistence. Her background in contract analysis and program management provides her with a strong foundation for navigating complex documentation, identifying key evidence, and supporting HM&M’s attorneys in building strong, compelling cases.

Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northwestern State University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law in 2015, where she developed her interest in business law and the intersection of law and technology.

A member of the North Carolina Bar, Megan is dedicated to client advocacy, innovation in legal practice, and continuous professional growth.
