On September 20, 2016, Tiba Thurmond, as Power of Attorney for Property of Rhonda Ridley, filed a complaint in the Circuit Court of Cook County against the defendant, alleging that the facility failed to provide proper care to Rhonda Ridley.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that employees of Mosaic of Lakeshore dropped Rhonda Ridley during an improper transfer. The plaintiff further alleges that Ms. Ridley sustained an arm dislocation as a result of being dropped.
