BSA Bankruptcy Town Hall Update – January 13, 2026

On January 13, 2026, our legal team hosted a Town Hall meeting to provide clients with an update on the status of the Boy Scouts of America bankruptcy proceedings.

This Town Hall was scheduled in anticipation of a potential announcement from the Supreme Court of the United States. The Supreme Court of the United States denied the Gaum Plaintiffs' request for appeal.  The amendment did not happen and we discussed how the next steps in the process could unfold.
