BSA Town Hall May 15, 2025

On May 15, 2025, HMM's Michael Mertz held a Town Hall Meeting to update our clients regarding the status of the Boy Scout Bankruptcy proceeding, specifically on the recent ruling by the 3rd Circuit Court and the impact the ruling has on the general Bankruptcy case.
